Prior to 1976, manufactured homes even with modifications and/or repairs do not meet the standards of the United Stated Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

 

Now, lenders offering FHA or VA backed mortgages are requiring an engineering certification of the structural foundation. We here at HomeBridge Inspections  provide that service.

 

If you are needing this certification performed, the inspection will deliver a report and certification where an engineer signs off stating the home meets specific criteria for VA,FHA, or HUD requirements. The inspection includes how the structure is secured to the foundation and grading.
